Transcript Request

To request a copy of transcripts (both official and unofficial), please email [email protected]. Please include:
 
  • Student Legal First Name
  • Student Legal Last Name
  • Student DOB
  • How many copies needed
  • Indicate official transcript or unofficial transcript
  • Mailing address of where you would like transcript sent
 
Unofficial Transcripts: Open document that anyone with access can view. Unofficial transcripts may be emailed directly to you. Colleges and schools do not accept unofficial transcripts to evaluate grades. 
 
Official Transcript: Arrives sealed with a sticker, a school stamp, and a registrar's signature. Official transcripts may only be mailed. The school can mail to school/college directly if requested.
